Welcome to Kayef! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application "Kayef". By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the app

Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

License:

  • Subject to these Terms, Kayef grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Account Registration

Account Creation:

  • To access certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

Account Security:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content

Content Submission:

  • The app allows you to submit reviews, photos, videos, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Kayef a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Kayef app’s business.

Prohibited Content:

  • You agree not to submit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Kayef reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

4. Privacy

Privacy Policy:

  • Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the app, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the app for any illegal purpose.

  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the app.

  • Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the app.

  • Using the app to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from other users of the app.

  • Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership:

  • the app and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Kayef, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer:

  • The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Kayef makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, or materials included on the app.

Limitation of Liability:

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayef will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app or from any information, content, or materials included on the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kayef and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees,
